Pre & Post Natal

At Seal Personal Training we provide a safe environment to minimise the effects of pregnancy on your body. Sessions focus on strengthening your stomach muscles and pelvic floor in preparation for the birth; functional exercises to get your body accustomed to moving the ‘new born’ around; and finally, but by no means least, make it easier for you to fit back into your pre-pregnancy jeans!

Our focus now is to assist you drop unwanted body fat fast, strengthen your stomach muscles and lower back and improve your aerobic fitness. We understand the maternal bond with your baby, how to exercise safely & to train on how YOUR feeling.
