Seal Personal Training brings to you a wealth of Personal Training experience. Established 15 years ago in Solihull, we are still training many of our original clients.
We specialise in 1-2-1 sessions forming long term working relationships with our clients where you feel part of a focused journey expertly guided by us. The measure of our product is best demonstrated by the longevity of our client base. The key to this success has been two fold. Firstly, our ability to really understand what you want and help you achieve it and, secondly, to set new challenges and create new opportunities for you to aspire to.
Most people nowadays understand the need for a healthy, well-structured weekly exercise programme. Seal Personal Training recognises that a weekly fitness regime can take on many forms depending on a person’s individual needs, available time and goals. Whilst some of us like to train 4-5 times per week others don’t have the spare time or feel the need for such an intensive routine. Seal Personal Training helps you to fit training into your schedule depending on how little or how often you like to train.
